We are currently looking for a road freight forwarder. The role offers varied tasks where you will book transports, have daily contact with customers and carriers, and act as the "spider in the web" managing deviations.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Booking, scheduling, registering, planning, and optimizing transports.
• Providing high-class service and support to carriers, foreign partners, and customers.
• Notifying customers – booking time slots and performing delivery confirmations in various customer systems.
• Working with performance monitoring and managing deviations.
• Handling various documents such as supplier invoices, ADR documents, and CMR.

Extent: Full-time

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, who can handle rapid changes without losing quality in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working together with others in a strong team.

Profile:

• At least 1-3 years of experience as a freight forwarder.
• Very good system skills and comfortable working in various business and transport systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with RORO traffic.
